Celaviz — Terms of Use

1. Application Usage Overview

Celaviz is an AI image and video generation application designed for iOS devices. Users can access and use all core creative functions without creating user accounts, without logging in, and without binding phone numbers or email addresses. No personal identity information is required to browse features, upload local images, or generate stylized pictures and dynamic videos.

Users may use all built-in features on their own device. There is no mandatory information submission rule for daily use.

2. AI Service Usage Regulation

All image-to-image creation, style rendering, and picture-to-video generation functions provided by Celaviz run on our self-developed independent service system only. The application will not access, call, cooperate with, or connect to any third-party AI platform, third-party cloud service, third-party data processing system, or third-party visual analysis service.

All image computing, style adjustment, frame synthesis, and content rendering work are completed by our exclusive private server. No external third-party institution participates in any service link.

3. User Upload Content Usage Rules

Users own all copyright of original local pictures uploaded to Celaviz, as well as all copyright of AI generated pictures and videos. Users promise that all uploaded content is legal and original, and will not upload illegal, infringing, vulgar, or unauthorized content for AI creation.

Celaviz will not collect, identify, extract, store, or analyze any user facial features, facial contour data, facial biometric information, or facial detail features from any uploaded pictures.

The internal AI program of Celaviz permanently disables facial recognition, facial detection, and facial feature extraction functions, and will not acquire any face-related sensitive data even if users upload portrait-containing photos.

The application will not cache, back up, or transmit any facial information under any operating circumstances, and facial data will never be involved in the whole AI generation process.

4. User Information Protection Rules

Celaviz protects all user operation data, uploaded original images, and finished creative works strictly. We will never share, sell, lease, transmit, or disclose any user-related content and user use records to any third-party individuals, companies, platforms, or external organizations. No user private data will be delivered to third parties for commercial or non-commercial use in any form.

The application only obtains local album access permission to realize picture uploading.
We will not actively obtain other device permissions.
We will not read irrelevant device data.
We will not collect user private information silently in the background.

5. Local Content Storage Rule

All uploaded images and AI generated works are only saved locally on users’ iOS devices. All content will not be uploaded to remote network servers automatically. Users have full control of local creative files and can preview, delete, or save files to the local photo album at any time. After users delete local content, our team cannot view or recover relevant files.

6. User Behavior Code of Conduct

Users shall use Celaviz in compliance with local public order and good customs. Users shall not:

Use the app to create infringing, illegal, harmful, or inappropriate visual content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application program without authorization.
Steal or misuse the independent AI service framework of Celaviz.

7. Service Use Explanation

We provide stable self-developed AI generation services for all users and maintain daily operation of internal servers to guarantee normal use of creative functions. We reserve the right to optimize internal service effects to improve user creation experience. Such optimization will not involve user private data collection or facial information identification behavior.
