Celaviz — Membership Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Basic Overview

Celaviz is an iOS lightweight AI image and video generation application. Users can purchase and activate official membership subscription services without account registration, without login authentication, and without personal information binding. All subscription activation, benefit issuance, and service validity identification are completed based on local device verification. No user identity information is required to complete subscription purchase and use. This agreement covers all membership subscription items, service rules, benefit rules, and usage specifications inside Celaviz.

2. Independent Subscription Service Explanation

All in-app subscription payment, membership validity verification, benefit distribution, and order recording services of Celaviz adopt our self-developed independent service system. The app will not cooperate with any third-party payment platform, third-party membership management system, or third-party benefit settlement institution. All subscription data verification and benefit issuance behaviors are operated by our exclusive private service. No external third-party institution obtains any subscription behavior data of users.

3. Official Membership Subscription Core Benefits

All paid subscription packages of Celaviz follow unified benefit rules. There is no unlimited free AI generation right for any subscription item. The fixed subscription benefits are clarified as follows:

1. Once users complete subscription payment and activate valid membership, users will obtain a one-time issuance of a large amount of discounted exclusive gold coins immediately. The gold coin quota is fixed corresponding to the purchased subscription package, and the one-time gold coin benefit will be automatically issued to the local device wallet after payment confirmation.
2. During the valid period of membership subscription, users can enjoy exclusive discounted gold coin recharge channel and priority service response qualification only. All AI image generation and AI video generation behaviors still need to consume conventional gold coin quota normally. Subscription membership does not provide free generation permission, and generation consumption rules are consistent with ordinary non-subscribed users.
3. The one-time discounted gold coins obtained by subscription are bound to the current local device only. Gold coins can be used for all official AI creation generation consumption, and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other devices, or refunded separately.

4. Subscription Validity & Consumption Rules

• Subscription membership takes effect immediately after Apple in-app payment is completed, and the validity period is subject to the package term users purchased. Membership privilege automatically expires when the term ends, with no automatic renewal without user’s active confirmation.
• Gold coin consumption rules remain unified for all users. Whether users activate subscription membership or not, every image-to-image generation and video rendering behavior needs to deduct the corresponding standard gold coin amount. Subscription only grants a one-time preferential gold coin reward and does not exempt any generation consumption cost.
• Unused subscription gifted gold coins will be reserved locally on the user device permanently, which will not expire along with membership expiration, and can be consumed normally after membership expires.

5. In-App Payment & Order Specification

All subscription transactions of Celaviz adopt the official Apple App Store in-app purchase channel only. We will not collect user payment information, bank card information, or billing details. All payment data is managed by the official Apple payment system. We will never share any subscription order, purchase record, or consumption record with any third-party organizations.

6. User Subscription Usage Rules

Users shall purchase subscription packages for personal daily creative use only. Users are prohibited from:

• Reselling, transferring, or cloning subscription membership for commercial profit.
• Reselling or transferring subscription gifted gold coins.
• Tampering with local device data to modify gold coin quantity, membership validity, or subscription order data.

7. Service Supplementary Statement

We provide stable membership verification and gold coin settlement services for subscribed users. We optimize in-app subscription package display and gold coin settlement logic regularly to improve user consumption experience. All subscription service operations will not read or obtain user local creative content and device private data.
