Celaviz — How We Protect Your Privacy

1. Basic App Usage Introduction

Celaviz is a lightweight AI image and video generation application developed for iOS devices. This application supports full-function use without account registration, without user login, without phone verification, without email binding, and without any personal identity submission. Users can open the app directly, select local images, and use all built-in AI creation functions without logging in or creating any personal user account. No personal identity information is required for daily use of all core creative features inside Celaviz.

2. Independent AI Generation Service Statement

All image-to-image rendering, style image creation, and static image to dynamic video generation services of Celaviz are powered by our exclusive self-developed independent backend service system. This app will never connect, invoke, access, or cooperate with any third-party AI service platform, third-party cloud server, third-party data processing agency, third-party visual analysis tool, or third-party algorithm service.

All picture tone adjustment, scene style identification, graphic rendering, picture reconstruction, and video frame synthesis processes are completed independently by our private service system. No third-party organization, third-party server, or third-party program participates in any content generation and data processing procedures at all.

3. Uploaded Image Content Processing Rules

Users are allowed to upload local daily life photos, landscape pictures, street scene pictures, indoor scene pictures, and portrait pictures to complete customized AI style creation. Our independent AI service only analyzes picture composition, color tone, background texture, scene elements, and ambient light information to finish visual style optimization and creative output.

We will never collect, scan, detect, extract, identify, store, back up, or analyze any user facial features, facial contour data, facial biometric information, facial skin details, facial feature points, or any face-related sensitive information from any uploaded pictures.

Our built-in AI system disables all facial recognition and facial analysis functions by default, and will not capture, parse, or record any facial information regardless of whether the uploaded picture contains human portraits.

The application will not generate any facial feature cache, facial data logs, or facial identification files during the whole AI generation process, and no facial related data will be reserved on server or local background.

4. User Personal Information Sharing Commitment

Celaviz promises absolute privacy protection for all user-related data and uploaded content. We will never share, sell, rent, transmit, disclose, authorize, or deliver users’ original uploaded pictures, AI generated images and videos, local operation records, device usage records, or any user personal information to any third-party individuals, enterprises, platforms, institutions, or external organizations.

There is no built-in data sharing interface in the application.
There is no hidden data authorization channel.
There is no automatic data transmission function in the whole application program.
User data will never be provided to any third party in any situation.

5. Mobile Device Permission Description

Celaviz only applies for local album access permission, which is only used for users to select local pictures for AI creation. The app will not turn on the device camera actively, will not apply for camera biometric permission, and will not run any facial scanning program automatically.

Celaviz does not collect any facial information, facial biological characteristics, or facial contour data via device camera, local album files, or AI creative links in any usage scenario.

6. Local Content Storage Specification

All user uploaded original pictures and finished AI creative works are only stored locally on users’ iOS mobile devices. All creative files will not be uploaded to external public cloud servers, will not be synchronized to remote network databases, and will not be collected by our service team. Users can delete local uploaded pictures and generated works freely at any time. Once deleted, the local content cannot be retrieved or viewed by anyone, including our operation team.

7. Global Privacy Supplementary Notes

There is no hidden background data collection program running in Celaviz. The app will not:

Collect user use tracks silently.
Collect device label information without disclosure.
Collect biometric data.
Collect irrelevant private content in the background.

All user creative behaviors are completely private and independent, and will not be monitored or recorded by external institutions. This privacy statement covers all functional behaviors of the current application.
